10 km en 50 minutes

Que le paysage est magnifique ! Les couleurs de l'automne commencent timidement a faire leur apparition pour ma plus grande joie. J'adore les début de l'automne, le soleil est rasant la température est encore clémente, il ne fait ni trop chaud ni trop froid, parfait pour courir en short. Car petite confidence, je déteste courir en pantalon. Du reste il se peut fort bien que je stop mon entrainement des que le froid m'empêchera de vêtir mon short...
Mon coach ce matin a été très dur avec moi, plus vite, encore, plus plus...On voit bien que ce n'est pas lui qui court!

Lundi je pousserai pour faire un 15km, et pourquoi pas un 18km, la semaine prochaine !
